Instructions on cancellation

Consumers have a 14 days right to cancel. Dealers/resellers have a limited right to revocation. Companies have no right to revoke. Please also refer to our General Terms & Conditions for further information.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Dometic Vehicle Outfitters EU GmbH, Zu den Mergelbrüchen 4, 30559 Hanover, Germany, info.eu@frontrunneroutfitters.com, Phone: 49 (0) 511 47 40 46-400 of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Declining to accept a shipment constitutes a breach of the buyer's duty, resulting from their failure to fulfill the terms of the purchase contract, similar to the default of acceptance under (BGB) § 293. The expenses arising from the refusal to accept the shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days after receipt (and inspection of the return) to be repaid. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In case of goods, which by their nature cannot normally be returned by post, the cost is 99 € EUR. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special notes

If you finance this agreement by means of a loan and subsequently withdraw from this contract, you will be released from the loan contract, provided that both agreements form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already accrued to us when the revocation takes effect, your lender shall be subrogated to our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter shall not apply if the subject matter of the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, exercise your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of revocation for this.
